Having started with the Friars Club of Beverly Hills, the very first professional party she planned was a Bar Mitzvah for a high profile Hollywood family. Sara then spent 4 years with Wolfgang Puck鈥檚 Hollywood off-premise catering company working events that included the Academy Awards, Grammy鈥檚 and various movie premieres before moving across the country to experience life and the industry in New York City.聽Sara specializes in events in New York, Southern California, Arizona and Abroad. Her team is prepared to plan everything from a proposal to a party of thousands. Sara鈥檚 events are personalized and stylish.

Our packages are flexible to ensure that we fit a variety of budgets.
FULL PLANNING
Fully involved and present for all of your wedding planning needs through the event day including budgets, month by month planning checklists and聽producing your pre and post event activities. This package聽is great if you work full time and聽prefer a professional to jump in and bring their vision to life from logistics to design.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Intended for the host that wants to do the bulk of in-person leg work preparing for their event. Partial planning includes vendor聽referrals and contract reviews while you do your聽own聽research, meetings, budgeting and time management. We are聽available for virtual assistants through your planning for questions, quick tips and design direction. Sara and her team will then聽be onsite聽with you for the event day.
DAY OF COORDINATION
Starting 30 days before the wedding the expectation is for you to be able to hand off the wedding to us. All of your vendors are booked and you can, with ease, tell us all the details we need to know for the wedding day. We will work with you to finalize a master timeline, gratuity recommendation sheet and vendor contact list so all your bases are covered on the wedding day.聽聽聽 You should be a guest at your own celebration.
