Hill Country is a bi-level, 11,000 square foot Texas roadhouse with towering, industrial-height ceilings, two full bars, and capacity for 300-plus seated guests and 750 for standing cocktail receptions. We offer the entire space, the upper Club Level, and several semi-private areas for special events. The upper Club Level has a stage, state-of-the-art sound and video equipment, a large bar, and seats 125, with capacity for 200 for standing cocktail receptions. Additionally, Hill Country has two semi-private alcove spaces for smaller groups of up to 20 people.

By offering full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination, she leaves her level of involvement up to the discretion of the to-be-newlyweds. FabDay Events is pleased to assist with event design, venue and vendor management, and trying up any last-minute details. They even do destination wedding and any travel plans pertaining to them.
