Harold Pratt House
The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York’s grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side – We are the perfect location to host a wedding, engagement party, private dinner or other social event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts. We invite you into our home to host your next special moment with us at the Harold Pratt House.

Bright, Airy Restaurant Perfect for Any Occasion
We are able to host both wedding ceremonies and receptions within our space. Typically we hold a ceremony on our ground floor space (shown above), and a reception in our event space. For pictures of our event space, please click on the private events tab. Both of our floors have a private entrance, restrooms, private bars (full alcohol, beer, wine), and sound systems. Our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention. We have a completely private event space floor, which contains a full service private bar, sound system, restrooms, and dedicated staff to ensure your next event is a success. Our event space accommodates 125 guests seated, and 175 guests standing, with elevator access to the space.

Glenburn, its late-nineteenth century name given to it by its second owner, is located at 211 Hamburg Turnpike, Riverdale, Morris County, New Jersey. Now on five-acres, Glenburn was first constructed ca. 1816 by Simon H. Van Ness. It was originally a three-bay, side hall plan. In 1868, George Linen acquired the property and soon thereafter constructed the western 2/5 of the house, making it a five-bay, center hall plan. Twice in the twentieth century, Glenburn was heavily modified in the Colonial Revival style. It was used as a private residence until five years ago. It is currently owned by the Borough of Riverdale and is used for weddings, private parties, as well as for meetings.
