Purslane, based in Brooklyn and founded in 2012, is a wedding catering company dedicated to excellent hospitality, service, and sustainability. We are proud to be the first zero waste and carbon neutral catering company in the world. We create experiences for our clients on their special day, from intimate dinners to large-scale weddings and events. Menus are all customizable to suit each couple, making every meal memorable. Food can be served in a plated, buffet, or family style. The meal is executed by the company鈥檚 expert wait staff. Rentals are also taken care of by the team for your peace of mind. In an industry that is traditionally one of the most wasteful, Purslane is committed to delivering excellent food, hospitality, and service while building a movement for positive environmental impact. We are one of the ONLY coordinators that stay for the ENTIRE event and leaves after the reception is over.

The Douglaston Manor is a totally renovated European mansion overlooking lush rolling greens. Set atop a scenic Hillside, reminiscent of a European countryside, it is set against a panoramic view of the New York City skyline. We offer INDOOR & OUTDOOR Ceremonies & Cocktail Hours.
