Rustic Barn Venue 35 Private Acres – Hudson Valley
A private 35 acre manor nestled in the Hudson Valley offering outdoor ceremony & barn reception all in one venue. Fortune Valley Manor is excited to offer a new construction 5,000 square foot barn to the venue. The venue includes round tables, white reception chairs, white or ivory linens, garbage disposal, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, outdoor barrel bar, farm tables for buffet, dessert, & gift tables, bread baskets, water pitchers, table numbers, and A LOT more in decorations signs etc. What we call our pinterest closet =) 鈥ortune Valley Manor offers private breathtaking views, large ponds with water features and natural rolling meadows with seasonal wild flowers. 鈥ortune Valley Manors site can accommodate up to 250-300 guests in the new barn. Onsite gravel parking lot with additional vendor parking. 鈥he venue is located 10 minutes from the Kingston/ Saugerties NY Thruway Exits. We have partnered with the local hotels and the Catskill Animal Sanctuary Bed & Breakfast located less than 5 minutes away Barn Details The barn has an open truss style new construction barn with no beams to interrupt your guests view. Seats 300 Heat & A/C Indoor Bathrooms capable of handling all guest capacity Gravel parking area (not in a field) The venue hours are 9AM-midnight for a day of wedding day. Noise ordinance is 10PM, but we allow guests to stay until midnight. After 10PM we can set up a bon fire outside to wind down the night with a late night snack (pizza, pretzels, Cider Donuts with hot apple cider, you could even do bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches or a smore’s bar are just a few of the options our chef can offer. Ceremony onsite – no additional fee Our most popular time frame is a 3:00-3:30 ceremony, cocktail hour from 4-5, reception and dancing from 5-10 to allow plenty of time for celebrating. We offer full wedding planning services if you are interested in with guidance and a full planning experience. We do require a day of coordinator to be onsite for all wedding days. We will work with you to create a custom meal with our in house chef . We offer full open bar and or beer wine and soda option.
