The Bordone LIC is NYC’s newest premier event venue with an abundance of natural light & clean modern feel. We offer panoramic views of the Manhattan & Long Island City skyline, including the iconic Queensboro Bridge. We host events of all sizes and have a seated outdoor terrace that can seat a maximum of 300 (vs 230 indoors) and can accommodate up to 500 for a standing cocktail style party. The Bordone LIC has 9,000 square feet of outdoor space and 7,000+ square feet of raw indoor space along with a fully equipped kitchen for caterers to prep onsite. The Bordone LIC is available for a wide variety of private events including weddings, cocktail receptions, banquets, micro weddings, elopements, photoshoots, movie shoots, corporate events, product launches, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, and private dinners. The Bordone LIC includes: Third Floor: Interior- 5,000 square feet Outdoor Terrace- 6,000 square feet Penthouse: Interior- 2,000 square feet Rooftop- 3,000 square feet **The two levels can be rented together or separately.
