The Pavilions at Penfield Beach is a wedding venue situated in Fairfield, CT. Mere minutes from the waterfront, this mesmerizing location has everything you need to create an unforgettable celebration with your closest loved ones. With multiple event spaces, sensational views, and exceptional service, it is perfect for every stage of your once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Only 30 minutes from New Haven and just over an hours’ drive from New York, The Pavilions at Penfield Beach offers a serene celebration sanctuary. Each space has its own distinct atmosphere and has been decorated to radiate a feeling of tranquility with captivating views of the Long Island Sound. A team of experienced coordinators is also available to help make sure that every moment flows seamlessly. Depending on your specific needs and wedding vision, you are invited to choose from either the Penfield Pavilion or the Jacky Durrell Pavilion. For larger events, you can avail of the Penfield Pavilion. With high-raftered ceilings and warm furnishings, this expansive space can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and 300 for a standing reception. A selection of amenities is available including 225 padded chairs, tables, a podium, sound system, and Wi-Fi. Setup and cleanup are provided by an on-hand attendant to help your special day flow smoothly and beautifully. A kitchen is also available for any caterers you may be using, and features a ten burner, a two-oven stove, a commercial refrigerator, and freezer. The Jacky Durrell Pavilion is ideal for more intimate gatherings of up to 125 guests. Full of natural light with serene waterfront views and a rich wooden finish, this beautiful space radiates an atmosphere of rustic comfort. It features 125 padded chairs, tables, and access to a fully-equipped kitchen. A list of preferred vendors is also available, including the finest local photographers, caterers, DJs and more.
